Bespoke Nutrition Coaching - Designed to suit each client's goals

Bionda Wellness Bespoke Nutrition Coaching can be tailored to each individual's needs and preferences. 


Upon the initial client consultation, the frequency of required coaching will be explored that best suits your needs. Coaching services can be offered on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis - on a pay as you go basis. 


Clients will benefit from:

1. 60 minute onboarding consultation - a deep dive into your current health & lifestyle, to learn the BW Five Pillar Method and to set goals. Priced at £50; 


2. 30-40 minute 1:1 coaching sessions conducted  via Zoom or WhatsApp. Priced at £40 per session. These sessions are where the bulk of the work is done and includes

  • troubleshooting problems 
  • introduce new practices
  • help with home cooking, recipes & eating out
  • to provide ongoing education around nutrition & supportive lifestyle habits. 
  • Client Progress documentation sent after each session to recap all the tools. resources and homework in between sessions;  
  • Email support to troubleshoot any questions;
  • Complimentary resources and client guides sent directly to your email to support you on your journey.


3.  60 minute end of programme review & look forward to help you embed your new habits and behaviours for long-lasting change. Priced at £50.
